They spent months brainstorming, working on freelance gigs, and even experimenting with startup ideas like a late-night chai delivery service. Nothing stuck. Then, DevD had a stroke of luck—or as he likes to call it, “a brilliant accident.” He introduced Tanmay to Partha Pratim Sharma, an industry veteran with years of experience in the travel business.

Partha was a treasure trove of knowledge, with stories of travel deals, industry hacks, and a passion for showing people the world. The moment the three of them met, something clicked. “You guys want to build a travel business?” Partha asked. “Then let’s do it right!”

With Partha onboard, they finally had the confidence to turn their love for travel into a full-blown startup. Late nights at their tiny office were spent planning, arguing over trip ideas, and testing slogans. (DevD’s suggestion, “Let’s get lost!” was vetoed for obvious reasons.)

Finally, Glidemiles Holidays was born—a travel company with a mission to make vacations more exciting and stress-free.

Today, Glidemiles Holidays is thriving, thanks to Tanmay’s grit, DevD’s people skills, and Partha’s Team. Their motto, “Make holiday exciting,” isn’t just a promise—it’s how they’ve lived every step of this journey.
